Meanwhile the student researchers defended these websites and their own actions by saying, that it is utterly wrong to call the act of having a thesis written as cheating. Kylie Berone, a former research student at a local college says: “What do the teachers expect us to do, when they aren’t there to give us all the assistance we need. And particularly, with the constraint on time, when most of us are already managing with families and part-time jobs.”

Another student says: “It’s anything but cheating, as no body submits a paper as it is, one has to adopt it with one’s own ideas and research, as we pay these sites to do the research for us.” But other students did confess that they submit their received customized papers as they get it. “As I get them in pretty much ok a shape, and well my teachers never have objected to them. Frankly, I share my PC with my two siblings, so I can’t afford have it to myself all of the time and to get to type and format my papers at leisure. Because when you are doing a research, you need a PC, all the time and I am simply forced to choose from the lesser options that I have.”

"Call it cheating, if you please, but there are lots of places to cheat, besides the net and nobody isn’t doing anything about them, so why bother about online writing services. You could go to the library and get a book. People are going to cheat if they want to cheat, and I don't think that these websites are making that much of a difference," a student remarks.
